Bidding




In Person



When you arrive, register at the front desk and receive your bidder number. When a lot you are interested in is brought up for sale, simply raise your bidder number for your bid to be counted. Continue raising your bidder number until the sale is completed or the bidding exceeds what you are willing to pay.


Absentee/Write-In



You may submit a write-in bid to be applied toward the pieces you are interested in if you are unable to attend the live auction. If your bid submission is higher than the bids made at the event, then you win your piece. Conditions of Sale


A 15% buyer's premium will be paid by the buyer in addition to the purchase price of art for purchases up to $5000. If the buyer's total art purchases exceed $5000, the premium is reduced to 10%. Local sales taxes will be applied except in the case of artwork that is shipped out-of-state, in which case there will be a charge for shipment varying by destination. All art is sold as is and all sales are final. Payment in full must be made at the time of purchase by cash, check, or credit card. In the case of wire transfers or payment by cashier's check, payment must be received in full within five (5) business days. Art may be taken once payment has been finalized and approved.
